How long does it take for a normal wash?

It depends on the size of the load and the temperature of the water. We have washes that are between 30–50 minutes long.

Can I pay by card or do you only accept cash?

We accept both card and cash payments.

How long does it take to dry the clothes after a wash?

Our dryers are designed to dry clothes quickly and efficiently. It usually takes about 30–32 minutes to dry a full load. Bigger loads may take closer to 45 minutes to 1 hour.

How much does it cost to dry a load of laundry?

Our machines cost £1 for 8 minutes of drying time in our Yeading Lane store. In West Drayton it's £1 for 7 minutes (medium) or 5 minutes (large).

Do you offer a pick-up and delivery service?

Collection and delivery is coming soon. For now, please visit us in store at Yeading Lane or West Drayton — or message us on WhatsApp for updates.

What are your opening times?

We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, including holidays.

Do you have washing detergent available for purchase?

Yes, we stock washing detergents, fabric softener and other laundry products in store.

How much does it cost to buy washing detergent in the store?

Our washing detergents start at £1 for 2 pods.
